Congratulations Andrew Kerans, new PADI RTO Trainer
Congratulations Andrew Kerans, new PADI RTO Trainer. Andrew became a PADI RTO Trainer in May 2015. Please welcome our new PADI RTO Trainer Lindsay Devery
Please welcome our new PADI RTO Trainer Lindsay Devery from Jetty Dive. Lindsay became a PADI RTO Trainer in April 2015. A PADI Staff Instructor, Lindsay has teaching PADI courses for 5-years and has certified over 500 divers. “I cannot thank PADI enough for its support and expertise in finalising my RTO Trainer registration. New Standards for Registered Training Organisations in 2015
The Ministers at the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) Industry and Skills Council agreed; to new regulatory Standards for training providers and regulators. The new Standards represent another important step towards an effective risk-based regulatory system and introduce important changes that strengthen industry engagement, improve the quality of training and reduce the regulatory burden on training providers. The new Standards also increase protections for students who want to undertake nationally recognised training and strengthen the requirements for the delivery of training and assessment qualifications – qualifications which underpin the overall quality of training delivered in the VET system.
