Francesco Vitalini’s professional journey is an illustrative example of a career transition driven by personal passion. Initially, he pursued a conventional path, obtaining a degree in Environmental Engineering, followed by a Master’s degree and securing a successful position in his field.
However, an underlying fascination with the underwater world eventually led him to make a pivotal decision.
Having developed a strong passion for diving, Francesco made the audacious choice to pivot his career.
After fifteen years of dedicated effort, he has emerged as a highly accomplished PADI Master Instructor, having facilitated more than 2,500 certifications.
PADI RTO is thrilled to welcome Francesco as a valued member of our organization, and we look forward to the contributions he will make as a vocational trainer in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Industry.
