Requirement for Dive Professionals in NSW
SafeWork NSW has recently announced a new requirement for divers undertaking general diving work for recreational diver training or recreational dive tours in New South Wales (NSW). Dive tour operators, dive leaders and instructors holding ISO-based recreational dive leader and dive supervisor qualifications must successfully complete and hold a Statement of Attainment for BSBWHS211 Contribute to the health and safety of self and others from the 1st of January 2023. Congratulations to Kieran Hussey, who is now delivering first aid training in Bondi on behalf of PADI RTO.
