    New PADI RTO Trainer in Victoria

    PADI RTO would like to welcome Stephen Mabbett as an RTO Trainer based in Geelong, Victoria. Stephen started diving in the late 70’s and has been certifying divers for over 40 years. Stephen started Australian Diving Instruction as a Dive Club in 1989, offering courses to club members. As the club grew it was evident to Stephen a store was needed and he believes it is the ‘club that became a store’ atmosphere that makes PADI special.
